During this present time many are suffering with mental health issues which can be magnified during stressful events and trauma. Everyday tasks may seem overwhelming and exhausting. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began the collective is unable to connect physically because of compulsory social distancing requirements. However, we can stay connected emotionally. One of the ways to connect emotionally is to contact a Reregistered Psychotherapist to help cope and alleviate stresses throughout this difficult transition.
