About Linsey Bell
Linsey Bell is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and the founder of Lotus Soul Therapy. She provides compassionate, collaborative, and client-centred psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and relationships. Therapy is tailored to each person's unique needs, goals, and life experiences using integrative, evidence-based and evidence-informed therapeutic approaches that support emotional well-being, self-understanding, and healthier relationships.
Linsey is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She has completed advanced clinical training in complex trauma, attachment, grief, couples therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), narcissistic abuse recovery, and relationship dynamics. Linsey is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP I & II) and a Certified Grief Informed Professional. She also completed her postgraduate Diploma in Spiritual Psychotherapy at the Transformational Arts College of Spiritual and Holistic Training in Toronto, Canada.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, Linsey built a diverse career in the hospitality industry as a pastry chef, baker, food stylist, guest television personality, workshop facilitator, and entrepreneur. These experiences strengthened her creativity, communication skills, and appreciation for the individuality, strengths, and resilience of each person she works with.
Linsey is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participates in continuing education to remain current with evolving research and evidence-informed therapeutic practices. She believes that healing begins within a safe, compassionate, collaborative, and authentic therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as they work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable for them.
Outside of her practice, Linsey enjoys creating ceramics and pottery, surfing, staying active, exploring new experiences, and has always loved dogs. Creative pursuits and an active lifestyle help her maintain balance, mindfulness, and a sense of curiosity, which she also brings to her therapeutic work.
